A) The anatomical locations of the problems and their etiological possibilities : The pain in the epigastrium could be because of MI, Gastritis, peptic ulcer etc. There could be pancreatitis secondary to chronic alcohol consumption, gallstones, Hypertriglyceridemia, chronic smoking and high age.
